Most internet-based email communication systems and shopping carts have a "privacy protection" feature which "times out" the user after a given period of time. (ALL Massive Playbooks™ have this built-in privacy mechanism.) This feature prevents others from accessing your information, if you choose to walk away from your computer after a period of time.
TO BE SURE THAT YOUR INFORMATION IS SAVED (email lists, messages, etc)... YOU MUST CHOOSE "SAVE!!!"

TIP: If you need an extended period of time to compose an email message, it is recommended that you first compose your message in another program (eg. Microsoft Word or Apple Mac Text Edit). Then, you can copy and paste your message into your email, or add as an attachment. -MP Team
