Safari will load relatively quickly (although there will be a short delay),

Firefox will delay even longer... But will EVENTUALLY load.

How to Import Email Addresses from Entourage

If you wish to import your email list, groups, etc from Entourage, here's what to do. Click on the Folder list that you wish to import (Located in the left-hand pane) and drag and drop it onto your desktop; this will export the folder in the popular mbox format. (NOTE: Depending on the number of emails, this process may take several minutes to complete exporting. You may notice that Entourage seems to "freeze" or be unresponsive during this process)

This same process may work for other email programs (Outlook, etc)

From here, you can then import the list into anyone of your email groups within Massive Playbook™. -MP Team

I can not imbed a hyper-link or URL in my email

Massive Playbook™ will actually BLOCK hyper-links because they are too often flagged as spam. The link address will appear in your email, but it will not "hyper-link" to the location.

Upon pasting a hyper-link (or URL) into a Massive Playbook™ message/email, you will need to direct, "Please cut and paste the following link into your browser:......."

Again, this is a built in protection feature of the system to ensure delivery of your email. -MP Team

I received a "Error - View Invalid Emails in List" message. What does this mean?

The "Error - View Invalid Emails in List"  indicates that a bad email has been entered (or imported) into your email group. To fix, simply re-enter the CORRECT email address into your group and hit the "Save" button (far right of email group). If you still receive the"Error - View Invalid Emails in List" prompt, check to be sure that your LAST name in your list does NOT have a comma entered after it. If so, delete, then hit the "Save" button again.
Note: You must be sure that the last name in any list does NOT end with a comma or punctuation. -MP Team

How do I know if my email was sent?

Your email is confirmed as sent ONLY when you receive the confirmation message on your screen, "Your Message Has Been Sent" shortly after you hit the "Send" button.

If you do NOT receive this confirmation message shortly after hitting the send button, check that you have chosen a recipient group (above).

Remember to ALWAYS "SAVE" your email groups and email messages!!! -MP Team

I need more time to compose my emails... Playbook keeps timing me out!!

Most internet-based email communication systems have a "privacy protection" feature which "times out" the user after a given period of time. (ALL Massive Playbooks™ have this built-in privacy mechanism.) This feature prevents others from accessing your information, if you choose to walk away from your computer after a period of time.

If you need an extended period of time to compose an email message, it is recommended that you first compose your message in another program (eg. Microsoft Word or Apple Mac Text Edit). Then, you can copy and paste your message into your email, or add as an attachment.

TIP: WHEN WORKING WITHIN A MASSIVE PLAYBOOK™, TO BE SURE THAT YOUR INFORMATION IS SAVED (email lists, messages, etc), YOU MUST CHOOSE "SAVE!!!"

The email systems seems to jump between screens when trying to add addresses and calling up a note....

You may notice what appears to be a sudden jump on the screen when you enter your email message and hit send.

It is most likely that a "message warning" or "screen prompt" has appeared on the top or bottom of the screen, however since you are working on a small screen you do not have FULL view of the page. You should scroll to the top and/or bottom of the page to see the "screen message."

Example:"Please select recipient list" message may appear if you attempt to send a message, but have not clicked one of the group email list buttons (left of each email field). Once you correct the problem, you should be able to send your message without any problem.

BE SURE THAT YOU SEE THE SCREEN CONFIRMATION: "Your Message Has Been Sent" AFTER YOU CLICK SEND. If you do not receive the confirmation, please re-check that you have chosen an email group and try hitting "send" again.

(Note: We are currently developing a "window shading" feature to contain more of the page elements within smaller computer screen windows). -MP Team

The calendar displays things strangely...

You may notice that the calendar occasionally offers a partial view of an event after being published. If this occurs, simply "mouse over" the information block (do not click) and you will see the entire message displayed. -MP Team
