How do I import an Excel email list?

1. Get the email list into a single row in excel with one email per
cell.
2. Write an EXCEL MACRO to APPEND a COMMA to the end of each cell in
this row.
3. Export this data to a .CSV file.
4. Import the .CSV file directly into a Massive Playbook list.
