Problem: You are notified via email that you have received a new Massive Playbook™ email. After logging into your Massive Playbook account, you don’t see any new messages in your My Messages inbox.
Tech Speak: It’s an internal application "thing". It’s a result of constant changes to various email servers dealing w/incoming emails, sending responses back and Massive Playbook's handling of those responses.
Solution: Email Massive Playbook: info@massiveplaybook.com. We will troubleshoot the problem for you and have your Massive Playbook™ account back to normal asap!
